This breakfast session will address the different dynamics and dispute resolution considerations relating to the decarbonization of the economy.

The panel will discuss several topics including the proliferation of actors in energy transition projects and its impact (employers, contractors and sub-contractors, off-takers, insurers, regulators, profession associations, etc.), the uncertainties arising out of new technologies, and regulatory changes to investment conditions, as well as legal finance funding.
